Privacy Policy
How we protect the transmissions of our cosmic explorers
Our Security Protocol
Kythorynx approaches explorer privacy with the security protocols of a fortified space station. We believe in maintaining the anonymity of all who dock at our station, collecting only what naturally transmits while protecting the identities of our visitors. This policy illuminates our approach to the signals explorers leave behind.
Signals We Detect
Kythorynx operates without requiring formal identification to dock. We do not request personal credentials at our airlocks. The only signals we may naturally detect include technical data such as browser type, device specifications, and general galactic coordinates based on network connections. These observations help maintain optimal station conditions.
Local Storage Units
Your browser maintains a small storage unit of preferences using local data capabilities. This includes your age verification confirmation and any adjustments to entertainment settings. These units remain entirely within your own vessel, like personal cargo, never transmitted to our central database.
Navigation Beacons
Kythorynx places only essential navigation beacons necessary for movement through our station. These functional cookies do not track your journeys beyond our sector and serve no commercial purpose. We do not participate in networks that monitor travelers across the digital cosmos.
Using Gathered Signals
Any signals we naturally gather serve only to improve station pathways and strengthen defenses against threats. We examine collective patterns, stripped of individual identity, to enhance game quality and explorer experience. No visitor is individually tracked, studied, or identified for commercial purposes.
Allied Stations
Some station amenities may incorporate components from trusted allied stations, such as fonts or functional scripts. These allies maintain their own privacy protocols. We carefully select partners who share our commitment to explorer privacy and reject those known for invasive practices.
Station Shields
We maintain appropriate shields to protect any signals passing through our systems. While no station is completely impervious to all cosmic threats, we employ proper protective measures to guard against unauthorized access and maintain station integrity.
Your Command
You retain complete command over storage units in your vessel. Browser settings allow you to clear cookies and local data at will. Doing so purges all personal cargo, including age verification, requiring fresh confirmation upon return to our station.
Protocol Evolution
This privacy approach may evolve as our station develops. Continued docking following modifications indicates acceptance of updated protocols. We recommend occasional review of this document to remain familiar with current privacy procedures.
